To add a new question, go to the app settings and click on the "Manage questions" button.

Yes! To add an image, please follow these instructions:
Go to app settings
Click on the "Manage Questions" button
Click on the question to which you want to add an image
When editing your answer, click the image icon then add an image from your library

Can I add a video to my FAQs?

Yes! Users can add YouTube or Vimeo video easily:
Go to app settings
Click on the "Manage Questions" button
Click on the question you want to add a video to
When editing your answer, click the video icon then paste the YouTube or Vimeo video URL
There you go! A thumbnail of your video will appear in the reply text box

How do I edit or delete the "FAQ Title"?

The FAQ title can be changed in the settings tab of the app settings. You can also remove the text by unchecking the box in the settings tab.
